Logging out will clear the authentication cookie. Do not check this option if you are using a public computer." The header had help desk as the highest ranking search term. This keyword is followed by helpdesk, web, and web-based which isn't as urgent as help desk. The other words they used was technical support. cross-platform is included but could not be viewed by web engines.
